MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

130 YEARS IN BUSINESS. AND TOWARDS A NEW STEP FORWARD

I would like to express my gratitude to all of our customers, suppliers, and former employees who have supported us throughout our history, and we will continue to strive to be a company that people say "thank you" to.

The founder, Hisajiro, started out in the iron business and built a foundation as a plumbing equipment dealer. The second generation, Seijiro, began as a manufacturer and wholesaler, selling products by catalog and manufacturing ourown products. The third generation, the chairman, expanded the business as a distributor for manufacturers.

Since I was appointed as the president, we have been striving for customer satisfaction, community relations, and system utilization under the theme of being the best partner.

However, I believe that there are some things in a company that should not be changed.
That is the aspiration and spirit of our employees: honesty, kindness, enthusiasm, and gratitude.

With the same spirit, we will continue to grow and evolve in order to improve the quality of our company as the best partner by doing business in response to the trends of the times.

The entire world is still confronted with the fury of the new coronavirus, and the era of the new coronavirus has not yet come to an end. The fight against the new corona virus is still in a severe phase, with increasing numbers of infected people, deteriorating corporate performance and cash flow, and the need for large-scale financial expenditures, and no end in sight.

On the other hand, the impact of the coronavirus is also bringing about major changes in the way we work and learn, with new ways of working such as telework, online medical care, and education based on new technologies such as AI and 5G.
